This company is rude all around. They are nearly impossible to communicate with. They refuse to give names when asked providing only first names. They don't sign letters giving a human with who you can communicate in response.

Been with them since 1989, and have used nearly every service they have ever offered, including a lot of cash in their bank, mortgages, all insurance... Used to be officer only, and when they added enlisted folks the service declined sharply. Far more legacy customers than officers that seem to be running continued...
