usaa has gone downhill - adjusters are rude and insensitive

The adjuster at usaa told me there was not enough damage to my car and i could not possibly have been injured even though i had over 4,000 dollars in medical bills. I think usaa has gone down hill. The adjuster was insensitive and rude. I had to threaten to get an attorney to get anything thing from these jerks!
