Will not use 21st Century Insurance again

We went thorough 21st Century for our car insurance, paid the up front premium. Got our first statement and they had increased our premium for 125.00. We called them back and they said they would take care of it. We then get a corrected bill and our names and policy quote had changed. My husband got fed up and got another Insurance company to go with. We canceled with in the fist month of having them. They then kept sending us a bill for 101.00. Finally, I called their office and spoke with a supervisor who got on a 3 way call with me with our new Insurance company to verify that we canceled with in the appropriate time. She was suppose to correct it on her end. Got a notice from a collection agency for the 101.00 plus a 1.44 interest charge. Called 21st back and they show that our charge was corrected but no one alerted the collection agency. NEVER again will I use 21st. From the start it was a nightmare and no one could get our policy correct. I would investigate other avenues for Insurance. Sure, they say they are going to give you a low price and on the phone they do, but when you get you statement, they have increased the cost of your policy.
