Loyal to Allstate

I was told by a friend that I should regularly shop around for lower car insurance. Well, I did, and I found lower insurance. I switched over to another company after being with Allstate Insurance. It just wasn’t the same. The reps didn’t know what they were doing half the time, every time I called to adjust my policy, I got pushed off to someone else who was equally incompetent, and it was next to impossible to accomplish the simplest changes. You really do get what you pay for and I now belief that you can’t put a price on quality. I more than happily switched back to Allstate Insurance. Allstate Insurance may cost a little bit more but I am willing to pay a little bit more for the quality service provided by Allstate Insurance. I learned a valuable lesson when I left Allstate and I appreciate the company all the more now.
