Unitrin horrible service!

My husband's car was totaled several weeks ago, and it's been a battle with Unitrin ever since! He's called the company, and they don't return his calls. When he did get to talk to someone ONCE, they couldn't tell him anything, and just wanted to get him off the phone. We have many questions and no answers. They're saying we get a $1500 deduction for prior damage to the car (who cares, it was totaled), but the only prior damage was the back bumper. We had recently gotten quotes for this, and it would have cost $500 for a new bumper, NOT $1500!!! We had also put a new used motor in the car 2 weeks before it was totaled, which cost $3000, but Unitrin won't give us any more back for that because it was USED and not NEW!!! HORRIBLE customer service. Try to rip people off and not pay what they should.
