Travelers Cancelled Me without Cause

I absolutely refuse to recommend Travelers Insurance to anyone. The company is amazingly unprofessional and the representatives are disorganized and rude. I had a policy with Travelers for all of three months when I received notification via the postal service that my policy was cancelled for non-payment when the policy was paid! I called the company and they argued with me, telling me that they did not receive the payment but I clearly had a bank statement and a cancelled check proving they did! I was so ticked off when the rep continued to argue with me and tell me that they never got payment! I took another three months to get everything straighten out and you can bet I dropped to company and refused to continue services through them! Stay away from travelers if you value your money and your sanity! The entire fiasco nearly drove me downright crazy.
