Traveler’s Only Takes Your Money

My insurance agent is a pretty awesome guy; he’s friendly and I have no problems with him. He recommended Travelers insurance for my automotive insurance need so I went along with the recommendation. I had no problems with them for the first couple of years, at least not until this year. Despite the fact that my premiums seem to be on an endless elevator upwards, I continued to pay them. I have never been late with a payment and I have never complained. Then I got a speeding ticket and suddenly I am not wanted as a customer anymore. I accidentally did seventy in a 55 mile per hour zone, partially because I had been on the road for 10 hours and I was really exhausted. It’s not an excuse, but an explanation. Anyway, Traveler’s wouldn’t renew my policy because of it. I was forced to find another company – Traveler’s is pretty inconsiderate overall.
