i believe liberty mutual sucks!

For years my senior citizen grandparents have been paying over $1,100 a year for insurance (state farm now has the same matching policy for $450) they never filed a claim till i had someone break into my car on christmas eve and steal every present! apparently they didnt believe the police report or all the reciept i sent to them! so they wanted to intarrogate me for a couple hours i refuse to be and now claim im the fraudulent one!! Well at least they arent ripping my grandparents off any longer!
