Worst health insurance in Florida

Horrible coverage they tell you you have a $200.00 co-pay for the emergency room and then they don't cover the doctor's charges or x-rays those go towards the deductible. They did not cover the anesthesia for my husband's knee surgery but covered the surgery. Also, recently for a refill on lipitor they needed the doctor to call an 800 to answer some questions before approval
