This is absolutey the worst insurance I have ever had. Completely disappointed! The customer service number on the back of my card does not even work and every number people have given for customer service, which is about 3 different numbers, have all been disconnected. Nobody can tell me if my pregnancy appointments are covered so I don't know if I should go to the doctor or not. I also pay over $160 a month for insurance and have a $4000 deductible. That's by far the worst insurance I have ever had. Would not recommend. Thankfully we are changing employers.
