CNA insurance is the worstI have called CNA 20+ times for status on my claim and they never return my call. If you press 0 while you waiting for the message machine to kick in you can sometimes get a human being by going around their system. In the last 3 months I have been able to get my adjuster on the phone 2 times. I get excuses and delays why they haven't paid my full claim. They paid for damages, and customer stolen equipment, but not for the store's stolen equipment. I will be canceling their insurance next year when it expires. I paid a full year in advance and I get terrible service. Stay away from this company.
