Receptionist

Gave me a quote over the phone and i sent in my premium. Within a few days they sent me a new quote for 3 times the original amount and when i called them they were rude and hung up on me. Now i am in collections for the amount of the new premium. The one i never agreed to. And i cannot get any help. I think they are crooks. BEWARE!!!
