Bad Claims ServiceVery Bad Teen RatesHad two separate claims filed with Liberty Mutual. Both times it took them 3 or 4 days to have an adjuster look at the vehicle which in itself is frustrating. Had to get rental car just to wait for someone to look at vehicle because Liberty has no agents or adjusters in the Des Moines area. First accident continued... |

i believe liberty mutual sucks!For years my senior citizen grandparents have been paying over $1,100 a year for insurance (state farm now has the same matching policy for $450) they never filed a claim till i had someone break into my car on christmas eve and steal every present! apparently they didnt believe the police report or all continued... |

Think Before You Write About Liberty MutualAs long as you don't get in accidents, or other perils any insurance can be great. But when things go wrong, you need a company to stand by your side. Most of the reviews, I read here are people bitchin about how bad they got treated. Well one, you guys did not have Liberty Mutual as your insurance company continued... |

Liberty Mutual agent sucked, sale manager even worsewill try to go to district manager then regional manager then if no one can help , will file to insurance commission, service is suck, performance is worst unless you are somebody. make sure review the final insurance paper that signed if not u will find out a lot of monkey thing has been done on behalf continued... |
