Esurance Is a Waste of Time

After I saw a commercial on television for Esurance I decided to check it out. Of course, instead of doing my homework and doing some thorough research on Esurance I saw the promise for good insurance prices and went ahead and signed up. I regret it. I had switched to Esurance from Allstate only to find that Esurance came to the false conclusion that I was involved in an accident several years ago, and the company stated that the accident that I never had caused their oh so great rates to skyrocket! Apparently, Esurance relies on another company, Choicepoint, to verify a customer's driving history and when I advised them that there was a mistake Esurance then advised me of the paper trail circle that I was going to have to run around and repair! All I wanted to do was get lower rates on my car insurance not hassles, headaches, and aggravation!
