American General is lackadaisical and inefficient!My father died in 2006 and he had a policy with American General. I called the company umpteen times to get a claim form before one was sent to me. American General takes their sweet time when they need to send paperwork and they are equally slow, no matter how fast you send back the paperwork, in terms continued... |
