ExcellentI have received excellent service. The staff are very helpful and efficient. When there was confusion over an accident, they stepped in and handled the situation with the other drivers insurance. I would recommend esurance to everyone. |

Happy Esurance CustomersMy boyfriend and I have Esurance and when we had to make a claim we got pretty good customer service from the company. Disgruntled future customersEsurance was much higher than our present Auto-Owners Insurance. Very disappointed, cause we have 2 vehicles in good shape, don't smoke, no children,safe drivers and adults, drive only for our pleasure. |

Hope you never have a claim!Esurance.com website is not helpful AT ALL! No phone contacts, tried to e-mail and it wa kicked back from the server as undeliverable. I would really question filing a claim when you cannot get through. |
