Blue Cross/Blue Shield

Horrible health insurance company. Turn down just about any claim, and when you call them to dispute it, they just give you the run around. I contacted both the insurance company and doctor prior to a procedure to see if it would be covered after being convinced it would be covered, and having the procedure done I recieve a bill, and all I can get from BCBS is the run around. I imagine this is similar to most insurance companies but I reccomend staying away from Blue Cross Blue Shield
