American Family Insurance SUCKS

Long-time customer, going to another insurer because they jacked my rates based solely on credit score. No claims in well over a decade, multi-line policy holder, multiple-generational customer. Don't see why I should have to pay more when I don't get any more from them, other than a piece of paper that may or may not be a promise.
